Jumping back to 2010 today with 8/9, night one of the Telluride run.
I'm collecting the 2018 New Year's webcasts and 12/30 is next so I'm just gonna wait until I can watch it soon
Back in 2010 though the show begins with a rip-roaring DWD to set us on
fire from the start and we get a rare-yet-becoming-less-rare Camel Walk
that is awesome as always.
Great looking setlist tonight. Energy is up and this has been an awesome opening so far.
8/9/10 is freaking incredible so far.
DWD RIPPED as an opener - just insane.
Camel Walk was awesome - another favorite that i'll gladly take any time.
Light Up - only the 2nd version and every bit as sick as the first
Stash - incredible jamming the back half
Cavern - an album-perfect version with lots of fire
The Wedge>Possum>Julius - Good lord this trio was meant for each other.
Sand - If Camden '09 WAS the benchmark, this just took that and threw it out the window. Good. Freaking. God.
And now an unexpected-but-awesome segue into BDTNL.
They just....they just did....
Woah....
How did they do that?!
Caspian>Jam>Tweezer>Jam>Reggae Woman
Talk about "outta nowhere"!!!
This 2nd set is a gift from the lord.
If you haven't heard it, stop depriving yourself of greatness and go check it out.
Sand>insane Jam>BDTNL>Caspian>Jam>Tweezer>Jam>Reggae Woman (out of nowhere!)>Piper (14 minutes!)>Mist
Jeez, at the end of 2010 I'm not gonna have a list of highlights - it's
gonna turn into just a list of everything at this point!!
